Behind the Badge
is an on-going public information and education campaign. It was created
in September 2003 to addresses specific and frequently asked
questions posed by Town of Garner residents and citizens alike. Question
topics have included, but are not limited to:

practices; |
| common myths; |
| criminal and traffic
law violations; |
| search & seizure
issues; |
| the use of force;
and |
| other requests for
information. |
Questions may be
submitted by anyone and anonymously. Responses are frequently published in local newspapers.
